Jessica graduated from Leeds University Dental Institute in 2011 with a B.Ch.D. She then remained in Yorkshire for almost ten years gaining experience in all aspects of Dentistry. She has since completed membership examinations for The Royal College Surgeons of Edinburgh(MJDF), and is currently at the end of completing her orthodontic diploma through Loughborough University. Jessica enjoys getting to know patients and in particular, helping them have a positive dental experience. Within the practice she works closely with the specialists trying to ensure patients receive the best outcome for their dental treatment. Outside of Dentistry, she is a mother of two young children and tries to keep up with them by enjoying fitness and travelling when the time permits.
Harry Marshall

Harry qualified from the University of Newcastle in 2018. He has a special interest in orthodontics and minimally invasive dentistry. Harry's meticulous nature suits his orthodontic treatments as he moves teeth into position with the finest detail. With his extensive knowledge and experience, Harry has access to numerous aligner systems meaning that your care is tailored to your specific needs.
Harry can utilise both fixed braces and/or aligners to achieve the smile you desire. He has a particular interest in the challenge of paediatric orthodontics, with a focus on the early intervention to minimize the need for extensive future treatment.
He is a friendly and highly regarded clinician so you can be confident that you are in the best hands. Harry's hobbies include football, playing guitar, and going for walks with his dog Luna.

The Invisalign discount only applies where the first appointment in relation to this offer is booked and attended before 23:59 on end date 22/05/2026. Free home teeth whitening only at the end of treatment. This offer is open for all individuals who are existing and/or new patients at Whitby Dental & Implant Clinic.
Patients must be dentally fit to proceed with Invisalign treatment. Whether a patient is deemed dentally fit for treatment will be at the clinician’s absolute discretion. Additional treatment required to make a patient dentally fit and suitable for Invisalign treatment will be charged at an additional cost.
The discount will be applied when the final payment is made following the completion of the full Invisalign Treatment. The offer will not apply to appointments booked for an initial consultation only. Appointments are subject to availability and are with Dr Harry Marshall and Dr Jessica Ashcroft. In the event that the treatment is paid for upfront in full the discount will be applied at the point of payment.
For all treatments which are not paid for upfront in full the discount will be applied when the final payment is made. Payments are subject to the standard practice policy which is available upon request. The Invisalign treatment discount is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and is not redeemable for cash or other treatments.
All sales are final. In the event that Dr Harry Marshall and Dr Jessica Ashcroft is unavailable for any appointment scheduled in relation to this offer, Whitby Dental & Implant Clinic will use best efforts to rearrange the appointment. The Invisalign treatment discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer. Whitby Dental & Implant Clinic will exercise reasonable care to ensure that the treatment provided is safe and effective. However, Whitby Dental & Implant Clinic cannot guarantee that the treatment will be free from all risks. In the unlikely event that you experience any issues; we encourage you to contact the Practice immediately so that we can address your concerns. Please note that this does not affect your statutory rights, including any claims for personal injury that may arise due to negligence.
Please note that the Practice accepts no liability on behalf of the treating clinician and acts strictly as a liaison between the patient and the treating clinician only.
Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits liability for personal injury resulting from Whitby Dental & Implant Clinic negligence or for fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability which cannot be limited by law. The offer is open to people aged 18 and over only. Whitby Dental & Implant Clinic can vary or replace these conditions from time to time, at its sole discretion and reserves the right to withdraw this offer at any time. If any provision or part-provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, it shall be deemed deleted, but that shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the rest of the terms and conditions.
