Should you need to alter appointment times we would appreciate as much notice as possible. We reserve the right to charge for late cancellations (less than 2 working days) if we are unable to utilise the time. Failed appointments will incur the full treatment costs.
When booking an appointment, we will be taking the payment upfront to secure the appointment. This payment will then go towards the cost of your planned appointment.
