our practice
Our Practice – is staffed with a highly skilled team, who are there to look after your individual needs. To complement this, our premises offer you relaxing, comfortable air conditioned rooms. During any lengthy procedures, you will be offered the opportunity to view one of the latest DVD’s using special Eye Trek glasses. On completion of any treatment, there are warm, scented towels available for you to freshen up. Tea and coffee is available for you and any chaperone you may bring with you. They too can relax with the newspapers, an excellent selection of magazines or read more about us in our current newsletter – they may then wish to be looked after by us as well!
We have a very good selection of dental consumables available for purchase and our Reception team would be glad to answer any questions you may have, and then suggest a solution.
All of our facilities are located on the ground floor.
Our Practice is fully equipped with the latest technology including digital x-ray equipment. This allows you to see your x-rays on the computer screen immediately after they are taken. This helps the Dentist to explain what treatment is needed and why.
If you have difficulty in getting to the Practice, we may be able to offer you a home visit, or alternatively arrange transport for you.
Put simply, whatever your needs, we are there to help you in anyway possible and exceed your expectations.
Initial meeting – We do not wish to hurry this important first meeting; we want to take time to listen and hear what you want to achieve. After all, we are looking to develop a very good relationship with you, built on trust It is for this reason, our Reception team will arrange a half hour appointment.
You can expect the Dentist to thoroughly examine your mouth and maybe take some small x-rays.
